BRIAN KEITH SMIDDY
Services for Brian Keith "Smiddy" Smiddy , 48, of Longview will be noon Wednesday at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Ronnie Shipman officiating. Burial will follow at Rosewood Park Cemetery. Smiddy died Sunday morning at his residence.
He was born August 27, 1959 in LaFolette, Tennessee to Paris and Rosalee Walden Smiddy. A resident of Longview for 29 years, Smiddy was the owner of Smiddy's Wrecker Service and All American Towing and Recovery. He was a member of the Spring Hill Assembly of God Church. Smiddy was an avid motorcyclist who loved riding his Harley and loved racing automobiles. He will be missed by his family and many friends.
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Jackie of Longview; sons, Matt and Brandon Smiddy of Longview; daughter, Cheyenne Smiddy of Longview; step-son, Sonny Edwards, Jr. of Longview; grandchildren, Haley Smiddy and Chevy Edwards; parents, Paris and Rosalee Smiddy of Longview, sisters, Pam Moore of Longview and Mary Ellis of Hawkins along with a number of nieces and nephews and his dogs, Blue and Hemi.
The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd., Tuesday evening 6 to 8 pm.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Hill, Ben Stacy, Eddie Black, Bodie Willis, Tracy Freeman, Ronnie Bagley, Wesley Freeman, and BrianGrooms.
