Brenda Sue Williams' Obituary
Brenda Sue Williams 70, of Longview, Texas went to be with the Lord in Heaven on Saturday, March 17, 2012 in a Longview hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Fellowship Baptist Church with Pastor Galen Herrington and Reverend Ben Clayton officiating. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Burial will follow in Rusk County Memorial Gardens in Henderson, TX. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 4:30-6:30 PM at the funeral home.
Brenda sue was born on January 29, 1942 and was an identical twin of Linda Steel of Troup. Brenda was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Spring Hill where she taught Sunday School, worked in GA's, taught Bible School, was the prayer chain coordinator, and also the director of the WMU.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 50 years, Tommy Williams; her son, Scott Williams of Longview; daughter and son-in-law Tracie and Kelly Lackey of Bullard. She also left behind four granddaughters, Kristy Trumble and her husband Bryce of Overton, Kelly Proctor and her husband Bobby of Longview, Katelin McClung of Bullard and Brieannah Williams of Longview; two grandsons, Jacob and Nicolas Williams of Longview. Brenda was blessed by the Lord to have also been given nine great grandchildren whom she loved very much: Dalton, Ava, Adysen, Garrett, Nick, Chance, Kory, Kerstyn, and Macie May.
Although Brenda has passed from this life and entered the Kingdom of Heaven, she will be deeply missed by all whose life she touched. Pallbearers will be Bryce Trumble, Bobby Proctor, Louis Varcasia, Kelly Lackey, Jason Kingston and Kenneth Jackson.
