Brady Jon Scott
Funeral services for Brady Jon Scott, 34, of Longview will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2009 at New Beginnings Baptist Church with the Reverend Kelly Bates officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Pritchett. He passed away Monday, October 26, in a Longview hospital.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 Wednesday at the funeral home.
Brady was born July 16, 1975 in Rochester, Minnesota to Steve and Vicki Scott. He was a 1993 graduate of Spring Hill High School. Brady was a brick mason and the owner of BRD Masonry in Longview for 10 years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Vicki Lynn Scott; and brothers, Jeffery Bowling and Travis Scott.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Amanda Scott; daughter, Eva Lynn Scott; son, Brenden Luke Scott all of Longview; father, Steve Scott of Jefferson; step-mother, Jeanie Green of Pritchett; brother, Brian Scott and wife Kandice of Longview; step-sisters, Tina Roach and husband Mike and Valarie White and husband James all of Longview, and Ashley Stewart and husband Jason of Gladewater; father-in-law, Jimmy Sullivan and mother-in-law, Eva Jean Lewis; and several nieces and nephews.
