Bonnie Lee Trammell's Obituary
Bonnie Lee Trammell, 82, returned to her Heavenly home on June 22, 2015 after a valiant battle with a long illness. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.
Bonnie was born to Robert and Agnes Coleman on June 3, 1933 in Circleville, Ohio. She was employed for 25 years with the Texas Department of Public Safety, Driver’s License Division in Longview.
Bonnie was blessed with a loving family. She married her best friend Wilburn Trammell on November 12, 1952 while Wilburn served time in the U.S. Air Force. She raised two children with patience, love and devotion. From the very beginning, she dedicated her children to God and encouraged them to explore the beauty of knowing His love and words are true.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Wilburn, a son, James Trammell and wife Colleen of Clarksville, Texas. A daughter, JoLynn McKnight and husband Randy of Longview, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Robert and Agnes Coleman, five brothers and one sister, all from Ohio.
Visitation will Thursday, June 25 from 6 to 8 pm at Rader Funeral Home in Longview. Funeral service will follow the next day, Friday, June 26 at 2p pm at Rader Funeral Home Chapel in Longview. Bonnie will be buried at Rosewood Park following the service.
