Bonnie Sue Godwin's Obituary
Bonnie Sue Godwin left this earthly realm far too soon on June 6, 2024. Born on July 27, 1978, in Longview, TX, she lit up the lives of all who knew her with her gentle spirit and unwavering kindness. She was a 1996 graduate of White Oak High School. Bonnie, a devoted homemaker, found joy in caring for her loved ones and creating a warm and loving home.
She was a cherished and loving wife of Justin Biggs, daughter to her father Mearl Godwin and mother Alma Brown Godwin, a dear sister to Tonya Tucker, Doug Godwin, and Leann Godwin, and a loving mother to her son Triston Ray Waites.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her grandparents Beulah and Jay Godwin, and Hazel and Wilbur Brown. Her parents Alma and Mearl Godwin, brother Doug Godwin, Sister Leann Godwin, Uncle James Dee Brown, and Great nephew Logan Pinson. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend Justin Biggs, son Triston Ray Waites, sister Tonya Tucker, nieces and nephews; Bashawn Pinson, Riley Pinson, Taylor Godwin, great nieces and nephews; Jacee Pinson, Adrian Pinson, Evan Pinson, Milliee Pinson, and Lucas Pinson. Bonnie's legacy of love and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of those she held dear.
As we mourn the loss of Bonnie, we find solace in the memories shared and the impact she had on all who crossed her path. The gentle touch of her presence will be dearly missed, but her spirit will forever remain a guiding light in our lives.
