Bobby Grantham's Obituary
A Celebration of life for Bobby Grantham will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 2pm at Rosewood Park Mausoleum. Leonard Riley will be officiating.
Bobby was born June 20, 1927 in Jacksonville, Texas and passed away March 14, 2026 in Longview, Texas.
He graduated from New Summerfield High School and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Bobby loved people and loved life. It was easy for him to bring a smile to anyone’s face and he never met a stranger. He definitely had the gift of gab!
He loved Jesus deeply and lived out his faith by being a greeter at church and by volunteering through other areas when his health allowed it.
He was employed by Entex Gas Company from December 1952 until he retired November 1987, as a service supervisor.
Bobby is survived by his daughter Gina Grantham of Longview, his sister-in-law Stella Haynes of Emerald Bay as well as several cousins and their families and many nieces and nephews and their families. He was also survived by his three fur grandbabies; GiGi, Gidget, and Maggie Mae.
Bobby will be remembered for all the friendships he formed everywhere he went, as well as the happiness he brought to others.
