Bobby Gene Bullard's Obituary
Bobby Gene Bullard age 76 of Longview passed away April 3, 2012 at Margaret's House. He was born June 13, 1935 in Talco, TX to Ervin and Elva Bullard. Growing up Bobby attended local schools in Bogata and Midland TX.
In 1953 Bobby started working for Southwestern Bell then retired as a supervisor in 1991 after 38 years of service.
In 1952 he met JoAnn Crabtree then on June 20, 1953 they were married and spent the next 59 years together raising a family.
They moved to Longview in 1969 where they made their home. He enjoyed woodworking and if there was something needing to be fixed he was the one that could fix it.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 59 years JoAnn Bullard of Longview, children, Bobby Bullard and his wife Nancy of Modesto, CA, Kim White and her husband Martin of Sand Springs, OK, grandchildren, Michael and Kristen Bullard, Rev. Devin White, Valerie Duraso, great-grandchildren, Jenna Flick, Ashlynn Bullard, Dakota Kitchen,
Presley Duraso, sisters, Melba Burns and Carolyn Hankins.
He is preceded in passing by his parents and brother.
There will be a time of visitation at Rader Funeral Home, Longview, Thursday, April 5, 2012, 5pm to 7pm then funeral services at Longview 1st Assembly of God Church Friday, April 6, 2012 at 10am. Interment will follow at Rosewood Park, Longview.
