Bobby (Bob) Bryant Jordan's Obituary
Bobby (Bob) Bryant Jordan, 81, passed away July 2, 2021 surrounded by family in Houston, Texas.
He was born September 20, 1939 in Kilgore, Texas to Homer Jordan and Annie Bob Epperson.
Bob met the love of his life, Marcy Brown, at Carthage High School and were married on December 31, 1960.
Bob was a faithful and loving husband to the end. He was a father who not only taught his children to be God fearing Christians, but lived his faith as a born-again Christian daily.
He never missed a chance to hunt or fish and loved a game of spades at family gatherings. He was a Psalms 112:1-10 man and he will be missed by his family until his family is home with him.
He is preceded in death by parents Homer Jordan, Annie Bob Robertson; and brother, Larry Jordan.
Mr. Jordan is survived by his loving wife, Marcy Jordan; children, Karen Hatch (David), Marlin Jordan, Cory Jordan (April); 6 grandchildren: Jackie (Vicente), Joshua (Andrea), Kristin, Trace, Cameron, Allison; 3 great-grandchildren: Barrett, Wyatt, Eileen; and sister, Diane Wimberly.
A Memorial Service will be held on July 24, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Rader Funeral home, 1617 Judson Rd, Longview, Texas. Reception to follow at 11:30 a.m., Forest Home Baptist Church, 15746 CR-173, Kilgore, Texas.
