Blase William Jackovich's Obituary
Mass of Christian Burial for Blase W. Jackovich, 85, of Longview will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at ten a.m. under the direction of Rader Funeral Home with Father Bruce Lincon officiating. Entombment will follow at Memory Park. A Rosary will be held Tuesday at 6 p.m. Tuesday July, 26, 2011 in the chapel of Rader Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Mr. Jackovich passed away July 24, 2011 in Longview.
Mr. Jackovich was born to Miller and Elizabeth Jackovich on January 15, 1926 in Centerville, Iowa. He served his country in the Army during WWII. Mr. Jackovich married Delores and both moved to Longview in 1951 from Centerville, Iowa.
Mr. Jackovich is survived by his wife Delores Jackovich of Longview; sons and daughter-in-law Chris Jackovich of Gilmer, Philip and Tess Jackovich of San Antonio, Edward Jackovich; four grandchildren and three great greandchildren.
