Services for Blake Shayne Musick, of Tatum, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at Trinity Baptist Church in Lakeport with Bro. Donald Suits and Bro. Gary Orr officiating. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Blake passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2005, at a Shreveport, La. hospital. Visitation will be today, November 14, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Blake was born December 29, 2004, in Palestine, Texas, to Dusty and Cassie Musick. He touched countless lives and will be missed by all that knew him. The family would like to send a special thanks to all the angels sent by God who came in the form of nurses. He is survived by his Mommy and Daddy; Brooke "Big Sister" Musick; paternal grandparents, Joel and Donna Musick; paternal great-grandmothers, Marlene Sinclair and Viva Musick; maternal grandparents, James and Vanessa Killough, and Charles Jr. and Katie Isaac; maternal great-grandparents, Donna and Carl Barber, Francis Aldean, Charles Sr. and Glenda Isaac; maternal great-great-grandmother, Dorothy "Mother Dot" Howard; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
