We just heard of Blake's passing. Blake was a great baseball coach for Landon's team. He was so good with all the boys. He had such an upbeat and optimisitic attitude and taught the boys there was more to the game than winning. Blake was always happy to volunteer his time to serve others and set a good example for others to follow. He will be missed. Blake and I go back to childhood we all grew up together. Our families were so close and they grew up together.
I love Blake with all my heart and I am so sadden by our loss of Blake. He will be with us forever in our memories.
Angie it was so great to visit with you and Suzanne this morning, please know my prayers are with all of you and your family.
We all have shared some wonderful times together that will never be forgotten. Blake and I grew up together from diapers thru high school... and have shared many happy and sad times.

Dear Long family,
I have known Blake since Forest Park Jr. High days and we were always buddies. He never failed to make me laugh and we remained good friends, especially at Kilgore College.I know Barbara and Angie rememberall those Sundays at the lake!! I sure do. I was so, so sad to hear of his passing. He brightened up any room he walked in and had that gift to make you feel as if you were his most favorite friend, all the while just being Blake! He was a good classmate, a good friend, and I know a good son, husband, brother and father. His big heart will live on in each of you, I know.
