Blake lived for his children. They were the center of his world and the source of his greatest pride and joy. He loved cheering on Ava at her softball games and watching Easton play baseball.
Whenever he wasn't working, Blake could usually be found spending time with his babies, creating memories that will be treasured forever. His love for them was unwavering-forever and always.
Family meant everything to Blake. He was a proud mama's boy through and through and shared a special bond with his brothers and sister. Whether gathering for family events, sharing laughs, or simply spending time together, Blake cherished every moment with those he loved.
Blake was known for his kindness, generosity, and willingness to help anyone in need. He was the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to help someone else. A hardworking man, Blake always did everything he could to provide for his family.
He also had a passion for cooking. His mother's favorite dish was his homemade green chili enchiladas, while his daughter Ava would proudly tell anyone that her daddy made the best chicken spaghetti around. Food was one of the many ways Blake showed love to the people in his life.
Blake had a contagious personality and a sense of humor that could light up any room. He could make people laugh even on their hardest days, and his presence brought comfort, joy, and warmth to those around him.
Above all else, Blake was a loving father, devoted son, cherished brother, and loyal friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his memory will live on through the countless lives he touched and the family he adored.
Blake knew Jesus Christ as his Savior and found strength, comfort, and guidance through his faith in God. While his family grieves his loss, they take comfort in knowing that Blake is now at peace in the presence of the Lord. His faith gives those who loved him hope that this is not a final goodbye, but a promise that they will see him again one day in Heaven.
Though his time with us was far too short, the love Blake gave so freely will remain in the hearts of those he leaves behind forever.
1 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. 2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.”
