We are very sad to hear this news today. Our sincere condolences to Lisa and family...the Houston Texans have lost a great supporter and bleachers coach and the project world has lost a true transformational leader. I have found memories working with Bill on several mega projects and because of his leadership, they were all delivered successfully with some fun along the way. Thank you Bill for taking care of people, you will be very missed. RIP

So many memories...."Little Bill" you will be missed so much. I could have never ask for a better childhood with many wonderful cousins. So many special Christmas at Granny and Granddaddy. My prayers are with Lisa and your family. I look forward to seeing you again one day!
Bill "byGod" McDonald, as he would say, its saved in my phone like that too. I had the pleasure meeting him and working with him at GCGV. He took me under his wing, showed me around and "how to build America". Introduced me to many amazing people in the industry and then brought me to a second project with KBR. He made hot chocolate for my daughter one time when I took her work one day. He was more of a father figure than a boss to me. He was a good man, a kind soul, and will be dearly missed. "They dont make em' like that no more!"
I never forget the day when comes and visit his father(who was a neighbor )and I will be outside working in my yard and I will see him get out of his truck and I would yell little bill and he see me . He’ll come Over give me a hug and we and he had the biggest smile. Always happy guy !

My Uncle was also like a father to me! Thankful for all the memories throughout my 48 years! I will miss him very very much! I am so grateful for the time spent with him these last few years, enjoying summers with him and Aunt Lisa along with my grandchildren swimming enjoying the sun. Uncle I know we had planned for you to walk me down the aisle, but now you are walking with Jesus! I know you will be there in spirit, I will be honoring you at my wedding! Thank you for always being there for me and loving me!
