Dr. Graff was without doubt my favorite professor in my time studying at Letourneau. He was one of the finest examples of a Christian, a scholar, and a husband that I have ever known. More than a teacher, Dr. Graff really cared about his students. He was a wonderful mentor.
To say that Dr. Graff impacted my life and my career would be a severe understatement. I reap benefits daily professionally, personally, and spiritually as a result of the time I spent with Dr. Graff in class, in his office, at church, and in his home. One of my favorite memories was a time when Dr. Graff and Mom Graff had several students over (perhaps it was after church on Sunday). The Graffs were always hospitable, and I remember how sweet Dr. Graff and Mom Graff were to one another.
And who of the EEs can forget all the glorious times we had in Circuits, Circuits II, and Electromagnetic Fields and Waves! Good times!
Mom Graff, you have all my sympathy and love!
Rest in peace, Dr. Graff! I'll see you on the other side!
With deep affection,
Dan Hillman
