Funeral services for Billy G. Lee will be held on Friday April 8, 2005 at twelve o?clock noon. The service will be in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home 1617 Judson Rd. in Longview. Reverend John Sewell and Reverend James Dill will officiate the service. A private burial will be held later at Rosewood Park Cemetery with the family.
Mr. Lee passed away Tuesday April 5th. following a long illness. He was born in Rose Hill, VA Manford and Fannie Saylor Lee on September 11, 1934. Mr. Lee served honorably in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. A retired Quality Control Supervisor for Lockheed-Martin, Mr. Lee and his wife Donna moved to Longview in 1995. Mr. and Mrs. Lee were faithful members of Rose Heights Church.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna of Longview, TX, two daughters and two sons. Carolyn Stefansky and husband Mark of Longmont, CO, Melinda Hoover and husband Jeff of Hallsville, TX, Billy, Jr. and daughter-in-law Christina Lee of Kingsland, AR, and Barry Lee of Dallas, TX. Mr. Lee is survived by six grandchildren, David and Griffin Nielsen, Jason and wife Summer Hoover, John Hoover, Katherine and Alexander Lee. He is also survived by five brother and five sisters.
The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home on Thursday April 7, 2005 from from 6 pm until 8 pm.
