Billy Don Skinner
Billy Don Skinner, 61, of Hallsville passed away Monday, February 5, 2007 at his residence. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Mr. Skinner was born April 19, 1945 in Henderson, Texas to Marvin and Wilma Skinner and had been a resident of the Longview and Hallsville area for the past 35 years.
He was a machinist, a former volunteer fireman and a lover of animals and a friend to many.
Survivors include his sons, Bradley Don Skinner of Hallsville and Marvin Paul Skinner of Memphis, TN; sister, Lawanda Gallegos of Henderson; and 1 niece and 3 nephews.
