Nancy, Kathy and Bill,
I was deeply saddened to hear the news today about Billy passing away. I wish so badly I could have been with you at the service. It's hard to believe I have over 45 years of memories of your family. So many good times, funny times and sad times. Kathy, my oldest and dearest friend and Little Bill yes I had to say it growing up with you guys was so much fun. Time just gets away from us. I can see my daddy E.H. Rose now in Heaven with your daddy catching up on watermelon stories and fishing tales. Those were the good old days and we didn't know it back then. To My Dear Friends Ms. Nancy, Kathy & Bill,

I want to extend my deepest sympathy to each of you. Mr. Billy was a kind gentleman towards me as a young girl growing up in Mt. Enterprise. I truly appreciated him a lot & I always loved the Alexander family. My happy memories of having fun with Kathy & growing up around each of you has touched my life in such a very special way.

My brother, Norton Gatlin, and I grew up with Billy. We bought all of our cars from him as long as he was in business. We both considered him such a wonderful person and a good friend.
