Bill R. ?Pedro? Killian
Graveside services with full military honors for Bill R. ?Pedro? Killian, 81, of Longview will be 2 PM Tuesday, November 7th at Rosewood Park Cemetery with Revs. Bill Cunningham and Jerry Turner officiating. Mr. Killian died Thursday evening at a local hospital.
He was born October 4, 1925 in Ft. Worth to Richard A. and Martha Pauline Pruitt Killian, Sr. A resident of Longview since 1975, Mr. Killian was the retired owner and operator of the Longview Exxon Distributorship. He graduated from Texas Wesleyan College in 1949 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Longview, a member of the Longview Kiwanis Club, the Mt. Pleasant Masonic Lodge #70, and the Scottish Rite in Dallas. Mr. Killian was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He is survived by his wife, Catheryn Ann Killian of Longview; sons and daughters-in-law, William Riley and Gerry Killian, Andy and Connie Killian of West Mountain, and David Wayne and Terrie Killian of Longview; daughter, Kay Lynn Killian of Longview; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother, Richard A. Killian, Jr. of Archer City, Texas; sister, Mary Alice Hughes of Big Spring, Texas.
The family will receive friends Monday evening, November 6th at Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd. 6 to 8 PM.
