Bill and Jackie were some of our first neighbors when we moved to Lake Cherokee in 1990. They were just up the cove and we saw them often. They encouraged us to join their Sunday School class at First United Methodist Church and we also joined the choir at that time. I always enjoyed visiting with Bill as he usually had a project going in his shop. We were never close but he was always there and was a great source of information about living at the lake and all that went with it. I have missed seeing him over the past years and am sorry to learn of his passing. Bill was a good man and I shall miss him. May God bless Jackie and the family and comfort them at this sad time.
