Beverly Gay Roberts' Obituary
Beverly Gay Roberts, 77, of Gladewater, Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior June 20, 2014, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Gay was born December 3, 1936 in Shreveport, La., to the late W.W. & Annie Mae Roberts. She was a woman who loved the Lord, her family and was devoted to helping anyone in need. She touched countless lives with her prayers and selfless efforts and was cared for by many.
She is survived by siblings, Jerri and Don McBay of Fairfield, Texas, Tommy and Suzanne Roberts of Marble Falls, Texas, and Bill and Dorothy Roberts of Charlotte, N.C.; her three children: son, Karl Kimsey and wife, Tracey, of Canyon, Texas; daughter, Cheryl Henderson of Union Grove, Texas; and son, Steven Yarbrough of Longview, Texas. She is also survived by grandchildren, Karen Hinds and husband, Billy, of Diana, Texas, Katlin Henderson of Union Grove, Texas, Kristen Lynch and husband, Sean, of Diana, Texas, Bo Yarbrough of Hallsville, Texas, and Braden Kimsey of Canyon, Texas; along with six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2014, at Rader Funeral Home in Longview, with the service to follow 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2014, also at Rader Funeral Home.
