Funeral services for Beverly Minnich Connell, 57, of Longview will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 27, 2010 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. She passed away Tuesday, November 23, at her residence in Longview.
The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
Beverly was born February 23, 1953 in Atlanta, TX. She was a 1971 graduate of Longview High School and attended Kilgore College and The University of Texas. Beverly worked for various city, county and state agencies in Texas in accounting for numerous years. She enjoyed working with ceramics, traveling, cooking and watching cooking channels. She was a former member of Mobberly Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dwain Wesley Connell and her father, Richard L. "Dick" Minnich.
Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Vernell Minnich of Longview; sister, Jennye "Liz" Clements and her husband Jerry of Diana; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
