Beverly Claire Choate-Harrison's Obituary
Graveside services for Beverly Mougia Choate Harrison, 88 of Longview will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Rosewood Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Harrison passed away Saturday evening after a brief stay at Good Shepard Medical Center. The family will receive friends following the services Wednesday afternoon at Beverly's home.
Beverly was born on September 13, 1923 in Sulphur, LA to Arthur and Zora Conner Mougia. She was a long term resident of Longview living in what was known as the Judson community.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Clifford and Henry Mougia, her husband of 52 years Carl Hart Choate, and her late in life companion and husband LH Harrison.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Ty Choate of Edom, Texas And Greg Choate of Mt-Ida, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Clint Choate of Birmingham, AL, Chris Choate of Longview, TX, Brian Choate of Dallas, TX, Clayton Choate of Longview, TX and Jenna Choate of New York, NY; her great grandchildren, Wesley Cole Choate, Kayleigh Skye Rollins, Kailee Choate, Jackson Conner Choate; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends who she considered her family.
The family request that memorial donations be made in honor of Carl Hart Choate to the The American Parkinson Disease Association, Inc.
