Betty Rider-Oakley
On July 8, 2006, Betty began a joyous and Peaceful new life in the hands of The Lord. Though she will be missed greatly we are so thankful for the peace and serenity she has now and for the time spent with her on earth. As wife, mother,
sister, and friend. We will cherish her memory forever.
Betty is survived by her husband, Robert Oakley, her children Lisa Lyons, Aaron and Amber Huffman, Bobby and Angel Oakley, and Karla and Mike Olecsik, and sister Debra Rider-Jones.
Grandchildren, Tayler Lyons, Keeton Lyons, Alexis Huffman, Bo and Amy Oakley, and Spencer Olecsik.
A private service will be held in honor of Betty.
Please send any memorials to the American Breast Cancer Foundation or St. Joseph Hospice, Shreveport, LA. We wish to thank both foundations at this time for all their kindness, support and attention.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longivew.
