Betty Mae Jester's Obituary
Betty Mae Jester, 91, of Longview, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2005 at Good Shepherd Medical Center. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Adolphus Henry Jester; daughter, Peggy Ann McPherson; son, Henry Gene Jester, and son-in-law, Garland McPherson. Betty?s survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jerry and Henrietta Wagnon of Longview; sister and brother-in-law, Jimmy and Patsy Oliphant of Bossier City and daughter-in-law, Debbie Jester of Hallsville.
Betty has 17 grandchildren; Charles and Kay Carroll of Longview, Tammy McPherson of Hallsville, TX, Todd and Kelley Wagnon of Tomball, Dusty and Nicole McPherson of Longview, Tracy and Heather Wagnon of Longview, Brandy and Stacie McPherson of Harleton, Clint and Melissa McPherson of Hallsville, Joe and Whitney Saulters of Waco, Cullen Parks of Longview and Jason Jester of Hallsville. Her great-grandchildren include, Billy Evans of Harleton, Jeremy and Shonna Shamburger of Longview, Brianna Denton of Longview, Justin and Dylan Wagnon of Longview, Lindsey, Jamie, Maysie, and Kerrigan of Hallsville, and Hunter and Caleb McPherson of Harleton. She was also survived by two great-great grandchildren, Karson Evans of Nacogdoches and Makaylyn Denton of Longview; and many more nieces, nephews and cousins.
Betty- a mother, a sister, a granny, and a friend will always be loved and missed by everyone.
Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Saturday, December 22, 2005 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop James Johnson and Brother Grubbs officiating. Interment will follow in Memory Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
