Betty Louise Russell LeBaron's Obituary
Memorial services for Betty Louise Russell LeBaron, 83, of Longview, will be 10 AM Friday, October 8, 2004 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd., with Reverend Dale Briley officiating.
Mrs. LeBaron was born in Sunset, Texas on November 4, 1920 to Thomas Webster Russell and Ruth Inez Evans Russell.
Betty lived in Longview and attended Longview High School and Bish Mathis Institute. She was an executive secretary and office manager in Longview and Dallas where she lived for more than 40 years and was a member of ABWA.
After retirement she moved back to Longview and worked for H&R Block. Betty was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Mrs. LeBaron was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Minnie Ruth Tanner Harris; a brother, Therman Russell and a sister, Alice Russell.
She is survived by her daughter, Martha Briley and husband, Tracy of Longview; sons, Tom G. and wife, Betsy Tanner of Jefferson and Charles LeBaron of Longview. She is also survived by a sister, Ruth Hathorn of Longview; sister-in-law, Helen Russell of Searcy, Arkansas; 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
