Betty Lou Russell's Obituary
. Graveside services for Betty Lou Milstead Russell, 92, of Henderson will be held at
10:00 AM Saturday, July 17, 2010 at the Bethel Cemetery with Rev. Matt Gholson officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Henderson.
Mrs. Russell died Thursday, July 15, 2010 at her residence.
The only child of Albert Verdell and Cora Weatherford Milstead, she was born February 7, 1918. She married Seymour Edward Russell on September 12, 1940 and they were married until his death in January 2007. She was an active member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church since 1946.
Surviving is a daughter, Evelyn Renee Russell of Henderson; son, Edward Albert Russell and wife Ellen of Henderson; granddaughter, Angela Kay Harris and husband Todd of Moscow, Russia; grandson, Kenneth Edward Russell and wife Melissa with the US Marines stationed in Virginia; great grandchildren, Maisie DeAnn Harris, Mason Todd Harris, Chase Edward Russell and Brianna Nicole Russell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ebenezer Baptist Church Fellowship Hall Fund, 3754 FM 3310 S, Henderson, TX 75654 or to the Bethel Cemetery Association, 4467 CR 314, Henderson, TX 75654
