Betty Jo McMillion
Graveside services for Betty Jo McMillion, 79, of Longview will be held at 12 Noon Monday February 19, 2007 at Rosewood Park with Reverend Will Hagle officiating. Burial will follow at Rosewood Park under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. McMillion passed away Tuesday February 14, 2007.
Mrs. McMillion was born July 28, 1927 in Colorado City, Texas to Lloyd Bennett and Jessie Mae Blackerby Quiett. She was a seamstress most of her life and also was a cross country truck driver. Sh enjoyed doing jig saw puzzles and she loved her roses. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Ray McMillion of Longview, TX.; daughter Rebecca Sue Gunter and husband Tim Of Hobbs, New Mexico; step-children, Brenda Gordon and husband Bill of Oklahoma City, OK.; Pamela McElhaney of Waco, TX.; Daniel Ray McMillion of Ft. Worth, TX.;
Brother, Billy Ray Quiett of Lake Worth, TX.; sisters, Natalie Arledge of Jena, La.; Bennie Mae Royer and husband Marvin of Wheatland, Wyoming.
Seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, Betty Lee Hampton and Brenda Lee Hampton and a brother Arthur Ray Quiett and her first husband, Arthur Cleston Hampton.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday February 18, 2007 from 6 until 8 pm.
