Funeral services for Beatrice Esther Mulvin, 72, of Longview will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2008 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with the Reverends Russell Craft and Paul Streed officiating. Interment will follow in Rosewood Park. She passed away Tuesday, January 29, in a Kilgore nursing home.
Mrs. Mulvin was born June 25, 1935 in Warren, Pennsylvania to Howard and Esther Boyd. She grew up in Pennsylvania and after serving 2 years in Indonesia as Missionaries along with her husband Stanley, they moved to Longview in 1980. She was a homemaker and a member of the Longview Christian Fellowship.
Mrs. Mulvin was preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Stanley Lee Mulvin, in 1995.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Steve Marquez of Longview, Sue Busse, and Barbara and Rob Eldridge, all of Holly Lake Ranch, and Rebecca and Kevin Baney of Flower Mound; son, David Mulvin of Austin; grandchildren, Anita, Angie and Tim Shields, Dena and Max Busse, Wade and Aleah Eldridge, and Madison Baney; and her sister, Maxine Kilner and life partner, Robert Hunt of Poulsbo, WA.
