Barbara Nell Kunkel's Obituary
Graveside services for Barbara Nell Kunkel, 84, of White Oak, will be held at 2 PM Thursday, December 27, 2012 at the Old White Oak Cemetery with Rev. C. Bill Voss officiating. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, Mrs. Kunkel passed away Sunday afternoon in a local nursing home. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Kunkel lived in White Oak for the past 54 years, and was a member of the Texas Woman's Bowling Association for 17 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Kunkel; her son-in-law Jessie Hill; her granddaughter Stasheau Hill; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by her son, Stan Kunkel; her daughter, Evelyn Hill; a daughter-in-law Donna Kunkel; and 1 sister, Kay Cunningham. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Amber Garver and her husband David, Jase Hill and his wife Amy, and Daniel Kunkel and his wife Tabitha; four great grandchildren, Ty and Colt Kunkel and Max and Case Hill.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, PO BOX 906 Longview, Texas 75601.
