Barbara Kellum Haight's Obituary
Graveside services for Barbara Kellum Haight, 77, of Longview will be held at Rosewood Park at 12pm. Barbara went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, July 2 surrounded by her family.
Barbara was born on March 28, 1937 in Corsicana TX to Walter and Evelyn Kellum. Soon after Barbara was born the family moved to Longview where Barbara was raised. Barbara fashioned herself as an artist and thoroughly enjoyed sculpting, painting, and decorating. Mrs. Haight wasn’t just a artist though, she also was a mother, grandmother, and avid animal lover. She loved nothing more than sitting down and watching a baseball game with her family, especially when it was her grandson who was playing.
Barbara was preceded in death by her loving parents, Walter and Evelyn; as well as her brother, Ronald Everett.
Those left to cherish Barbara’s memory include her son, Donald Edmond Lenamon; daughter, Kelli Haight Barton; brother, Michael Dan Kellum; sister, Sandy Kellum Bolls; grandchildren, Staci Barton, Taylor Barton, Spencer Barton, Cole Barton, Kyle Lenamon, Jessica Boaen, and Jessie Rene; great grandchild, Lillith Skye; and a lovable schnauzer, Moe.
