Arthur T. Wynn's Obituary
Funeral services for Art "Pop" Wynn, 93, of Longview will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, February 23, 2010 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Burial will follow in Memory Park Cemetery. Mr. Wynn passed away Friday morning in a local hospital. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
Art was born on June 12, 1916 in Desdemona, TX to Clyde and Beulah Wynn. He worked in construction all his life. He and his brother had their own construction company in Kentucky. He loved pheasant hunting and spending time with his granddaughter.
He is survived by his granddaughter, Teri Holbrook; his brother, Tom Wynn; his nieces, Linda Gregg, Marion and Barbara; and one nephew, Beau. He is also survived by his special friends, John Inman, Bob Rodriguez, Randy Britt, Marvin Saupaugh, and Ed Rast.
Teri would like to express a heartfelt thanks to Texas Home Health Hospice for taking such good care of her beloved grandfather. Especially nurses Gina, Sandi, Marilyn and David. Also many thanks to the nursing staff at Heritage nursing home.
