Arthur Lynn Vaughn's Obituary
Graveside services for Arthur Lynn Vaughn, 75, of White Oak will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at White Oak Cemetery with Brother C. Bill Voss officiating. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Vaughn passed away Sunday morning at his home. The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon following the service at the home of Tim and Dawn Vaughn in White Oak.
Mr. Vaughn was born on April 5, 1935 in Elm Springs, Arkansas to Howard and Nadine Vaughn. He was retired from Texas Eastman and was a long time resident of White Oak. Mr. Vaughn enjoyed golf, fishing, and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Lynda Vaughn; and his niece, Vicki Vaughn Tallent.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 51 years, Mary Bland Vaughn of White Oak; his children and their spouses, Tim and Dawn Vaughn of White Oak, Tony and Paula Vaughn of Longview, and Teri and James Pinchback of Katy, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Geno and Sue Vaughn of Longview; grandchildren, Justin Lynn Vaughn, Hollie Pinchback, Jake Pinchback, Trevor Pinchback, Emily Thomas, Jake Albrecht, Shelby Phariss, and Brian Goodman; Great grandchildren, Blaine Vaughn, Will Thomas, Maddison Vaughn, and Addison Goodman; one aunt, Edna Barker of Arkansas; nephews, Ronnie Vaughn, Randy Pullen, and Mike Pullen; niece, Sandy Pullen Bishop; and several cousins.
