Memorial services for Anthony ?T. J.? Combs, Jr, 21, of Longview will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2011 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with Pastor Steve Goude officiating. He passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2011 in Longview. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home.
T. J. was born March 8, 1990 in Longview and was a lifetime resident. He attended Pine Tree Schools thru his junior year and graduated from Hallsville High School. He attended New Life Worship Center in Gladewater. He was a welder and enjoyed drag racing and riding four wheelers.
T. J. loved people and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He was loved by his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his two grandpas, Bill Withem and Bruce Combs.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Tony and Sally Combs of Longview and Amelia ?Cissy? and Mike Perry of Tuscaloosa, AL; sister, Ashley Perry of Tuscaloosa; brothers, Andrew Linthicum and Christopher Combs of Longview; children, Leland and Serenity Combs and their mother, Keelee; grandparents, Mary Jo Withem of Kilgore, Cora and Bryan Herring of Eutaw, AL, Liz Foster of Longview, Larry and Sharon Sanders of Longview and Ella Combs of Logan, TX; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
