Ann Patrick Redfearn Jones' Obituary
Ann Patrick Redfearn Jones of Longview died Tuesday, Oct 24th 2017 at her home. Ann was born to Ben L. Patrick & Lorene Lilly Patrick on January 29th, 1932 in Dallas, Texas.
Raised in Mt. Pleasant, Texas she attended Mt. Pleasant Schools and graduated from MPHS in 1950. She attended The University of Texas and later graduated from East Texas State University in 1954.
On October 27th, 1956 Ann Patrick married Norvel E. Redfearn, and to their union were born three children. They were married for 24 years until his death on March 3rd, 1980.
On June 21st, 1991 she married Joel Barnett Jones and remained happily married for 26 years.
She was a Member of Trinity Episcopal Church of Longview Texas, Twentieth Century Club and DAR.
A devoted wife, mother, homemaker, Ann was also co-founder of Redfearn Real Estate Co. in Mt. Pleasant, and real estate investor and developer in northeast Texas
Ann Patrick Redfearn Jones is survived by her husband, Joel Barnett Jones of Longview, Texas;
Children Kelly Ann Redfearn, Scott Eugene Redfearn & Laurie Dunlap Redfearn, Patrick Everett Redfearn & Tina Gosa Redfearn, Grandchildren Laura Catherine Redfearn Yancey, Sarah Jane Redfearn, Kennedy Ann Redfearn, Jordan Elizabeth Redfearn, Samuel Tyler Redfearn and Great Grandchild Lilly Jane Yancey.
A celebration of life will be held Friday October, 27th at 2:00 PM at Trinity Episcopal Church in Longview, Texas with a reception in the Parish Hall immediately following. Memorials can be made to Trinity Episcopal Church.
