Visitation for Andrew G. Vadasz, 55, of Longview will be 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Rader Funeral Home of Longview. This will be immediately followed by a time for sharing memories and reflections.
Andrew Vadasz was born on April 19, 1958 in Toronto, Canada to Andrew and Susan Vadasz. He passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2014.
He completed medical school in Hungary and then Andrew became board certified in Pediatrics, Neurology with special certification in Child Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. After working at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota and Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, New York, he settled in Longview, Texas as a pediatrician and pediatric neurologist at the Hugman-Kent Clinic, Gladewater, Texas. In 2002, he became a practitioner at the Good Shepherd Family Health Clinic in Gladewater, Texas.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Daniel and Nicholas; his sisters, Judy and Veronica; cousins Istvan, Peter, Eva and George; and his many friends.
