Funeral services for Amanda Renee Sullivan, 24, of Longview, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 26, 2004 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, Longview, with the Reverend Mike McGee officiating. Interment will be in Rosewood Park. She passed away Sunday, August 22, as a result of injuries received in a motor vehicle accident.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, at the funeral home.
Amanda was born July 9, 1980 in Shreveport, LA., and had been a resident of Longview since 1994, moving from Shreveport. She was a graduate of Hallsville High School, and was employed with AHS and Jordan Home Health Care as a caretaker. She was a Baptist.
Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, James E. ?Tony? and Brenda Pierce, III of Longview, and Dale Sullivan of Denton, TX.; sister, Penny Whitten and husband Kenneth of Broken Bow, OK.; brother, James C Sullivan Sr., and wife Terrie of Frierson, LA.; step-sister, Renee Smelley and husband Mack of Longview; step-brother, James E. ?Jim? Pierce, IV of Longview; grandmothers, Arbelle Reynolds of Frierson, LA. and Carmen Pierce Ream; niece and nephews, Christy Smelley, Justin Smelley both of Longview, James Sullivan, Jr., Jeremy Sullivan and Joshua Sullivan, all of Frierson, LA., Anthony Lumia of Broken Bow, OK; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
