I have known Mrs Marie since I was 4 years old I used to go to white oak with my old babysitter and she would take me to see her and growing up she used to come to my birthday party and she was a good friend to my grandmother and I remember I used to go see her at Buckner and I know that she loved me very much and I will always love her I will miss you Mrs Marie may you rest and peace

A cherished memory with my Aunt Ree was sharing recipes. Our favorite season was fall so we exchanged many yummy pumpkin recipes. Any time I visited her, she always had a new recipe for me to try. And I don't think I was ever at her house when she didn't have a wonderful cake or pie for me to sample while we sipped coffee & chatted. She always had a smile on her face & the sweetest hug to send me home with. I still have all the recipes that she gave or sent to me along with special little notes that were sent with them. My life has been so blessed by her presence.
Auntie Ree & I shared many, many memories over the years. She was like a second mother to me. She was always so easy to talk to no matter what was going on in my life & always offered Godly wisdom & advice without ever judging. She taught by Godly example & a visit with her was always a special one. I can only imagine the joy she is feeling right now & what she is experiencing as she reunites with loved ones in Heaven.
