Alice Agnes Younger
Alice Agnes Younger, 95, of Longview passed away Friday March 4, 2005 in Longview. Services will be held at Ten O?clock AM Tuesday March 8, 2005 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 1700 Blue Ridge Parkway with Bishop Robert Johnston officiating. Interment will follow in Grace Hill Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
She was born March 3, 1910 in McAlester, Oklahoma to McGee and Demmie Lucinda Skinner King. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. During her journey on this earth, her greatest joy was her family and her most precious treasure was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Earnest H. Younger and one son Joe D. Younger. She is survived by her children, Eugene Younger and wife Gail of Longview, TX. Jimmy Younger and wife Lillie of Longview, TX.; Colleen Younger Alexander and husband, Royden of Longview, TX.; Doyle Younger of Gainesville, FL.; Patricia Ann Younger of Garland, TX.; Ernie Younger and wife Margaret of Longview, TX.; Frances Carol Younger of Haltom City, TX.; Twenty-Six grandchildren, Forty-Four great-grandchildren. She lived a long, full life and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday March 7, 2005 from 6pm until 8 pm.
