Alex Ramey's Obituary
Known as Alex to all who loved him, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2012, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was 22.
Alex had a huge heart and a positive outlook on life. He had a smile that would light up a room; to know him was to like him. He always had a shoulder for anyone who needed it. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
Alex is survived by his parents, Samantha and Patrick Ramey of Longview, a sister Angela Duncan and her husband Greg of Houston, uncles, Kevin Perry of Kilgore, Michael Ramey of Virginia and Daniel Fields of Tennessee and grandmother Joan Fields of New London.
Alex graduated in the class of 2007 from Spring Hill High School. He loved playing football, cross country and power lifting. Alex was truly one of a kind.
He is preceded in death by a grandmother, grandfather and a best friend and brother Jacob Letourneau.

Services will be held at Rader Funeral Home of Longview on Friday, January 6th, at 2 PM with Jeremiah Williams officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, January 5, from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a trust has been set up in Alex's name at Spring Hill First Baptist Church, 4000 Gilmer Road, Longview, Texas 75604
