Our prayers go out to all in honor of knowing that Jesus gained another soul in heaven on Oct 8th...Praise the Lord! I would like to send my deepest condolences to all of Phyllis's family and friends. Everyone is in my thoughts and prayers! I first met Phyllis and Roy in the summer of 1998 in Bernheimer, Missouri, on the KATY Trail, at their home near Roy's homestead. Phyllis and Roy were always a joy to visit with and always very kind, "True Christians!"
They would drag myself and Roy's younger brother Fritz to church in Warrenton, Missouri on Sundays when they were up from Texas. In their Retro-Station Wagon, we would all laugh on the way to church, in the church, at the restaurants we had lunches at after church and on our way back to their house, it was a great time! Having had Phyllis even touch my life, ever so "briefly", was a true blessing. I am very sad she is no longer here, but happy knowing she is with Roy and their son Mike, in heaven, at peace. in honor of Phyllis.

I first met Phyllis back in the late 1990's when she lived at Eagle Landing near Avinger, TX. My husband and I had started a small flower and gift business there. Phyllis loved to come and "play" as she called it, always decorating or making flower arrangements.
she also gave me Godly counseling and advice on many occasions. She was someone I could always talk to or have lunch with. I will miss her terribly and I send my deepest sympathy to the family and her closest friends. I know that our God is in control. Betty Carter
