We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Lisa was such a very special person to our family. My husband and I began raising our niece when she was entering the second grade and Lisa was her fourth grade teacher here in Gladewater. Our niece had faced the loss of her own mother and showed behavioral behaviors. It was Lisa that helped Sara through some of the roughest times of her life and also always gave me the encouragement and uplifting that I needed myself. If it had not been for Lisa helping Sara through this difficult time in her life and giving us the encouragement that we needed also,I honestly do not think that Sara would have made it through that year of school. She was such an inspiring person to our entire family and helped us through so much, always there to listen and help. She will be greatly missed by many.
