I am childhood/lifelong friend of Leisa's brother,Curtis"Kirk"Klima. The only thing I remember is that we did as boys do. We picked on Leisa. She always tried to get into what Kirk and I were doing. Whether it was building car models or working on motorcycles. I am very saddened by these events. Leisa,you grew into a beautiful lady. God has a place for you in heaven. You will be missed. I didn't have one so Leisa was my big sister. Growing up in a close family my cousins are my siblings. When I was little I remember sitting in her room watching her get ready for the next day of school. Even then she had a knack for fashion (even in the 80s). I remember her packing stuff in her purse and her telling me. Everyone in 6th grade has a purse. LOL. I thought she was just so cool. I wanted to be just like her. We grew up and we had kids and lives of our own but we always remained close. Now our kids are growing up and have a great relationship with each other. God gives you cousins so you will always have a best friend. I am so blessed to have had Leisa as one of mine. I will miss her contagious laugh and her sweet smile. She was one of a kind. ❤️

My thoughts & prayers to the family!!! I can honestly say anytime we had a chance to work out in boot camp she ALWAYS made me smile and usually laugh so hard I would loose my breath. Leisa had a beautiful heart and was so proud of her children and absolutely crazy in love with her husband. May she rest in peace. Praying for her children, husband and family left here.
