When my son called and said that Noni had passed away I felt a strong sense of loss. I knew Noni thru my daughter Josie and Josie loves her very much. Thru the years Noni and I had a few conversations which were always uplifting and positive. She was a classy lady and I will also miss her. Everyone who knew Frankie loved her. I had the privilege of knowing her most my life. It is with sincere sadness that we have lost this lady who did so much for so many, for so long. I was sad to see Frankie's obit in the newspaper. She was such a lovely lady, inside and out. She and Dick came by when my Dad passed away. Dad thought the world of them both. We loved Frankie and will miss her. She was always there for anyone who needed her with kind words or deeds.
