Sharon, the Wohlfahrt family is shocked and saddened by Drew's death. Every time one of Trace's friends passes through our home, we always ask for news of Drew. We reminisced about him as recently as Christmas. Ronnie's nickname for Drew was "Smiley" because he always had a beautiful smile on his face on and off the baseball field. Wink and I talked today about him taking her to prom and about an evening they talked late into the night at Trace's house in College Station. I remember chaperoning Drew, Patrick, Jeremy and Trace on a "senior" cruise. He talked to me about reading ancient oriental philosophy and about his hopes for college and the future. Our lives were enriched and blessed by his friendship.
I will miss you Drew. We had some good times together playing baseball and hanging out in College Station and Austin. I will keep your family in my prayers.
