Ms Charlotte, what a wonderful woman! She was a friend and good to everyone she came in contact with.

Working with her was a delight, and regardless of what was going on, she kept her cool and made it fun...she even tolerated Joeboy Duncan!!! We love her dearly, and will miss her and her sense of humor.
