Our hearts and prayers are for each of you on the loss of your Mother and Grandmother. She was such a special lady that gave so much, and I know left many wonderful memories with her children.
We pray that Jesus will be with you and bring a great peace to your families.

The Gladewater Former Students send their deepest sympathy to your family. Barbara and Hal made the Gladewater Exes Golf Tournament a huge success for many years. Their golfer friends miss them both and their contributions will never be forgotten.

Barbara meant so much to me when I was president of the Republican Women of Gregg Co. and she was treasurer in 1996 and 1997. She became such a good friend and I knew I could always depend on her to be there when I needed her. Our books always balanced because she was so diligent. Hal always double-checked us! I shall never forget the good times we had and the laughs we shared as we, both novices as officers, stumbled through together. I shall miss her.

Dear Barbara Long Family,
For years I have watched Barbara with admiration at Trinity. Her faith, devotion, strength, and above all her ability to survive with dignity through loss and changes of life. She held her head high and made Trinity a better place to be. She was an inspiration and someone for you to imulate. She will be missed, but not forgotten.
Love,
