I knew Joe and Mary from employment at Kilgore College. They were a sweet couple. Now they are together. Rest In Peace Joe Webb. Condolences to the family.
Since beginning my job at Heartis 3 years ago, I’ve had the pleasure of loving and caring for Mr. Webb. He never fell short of putting a smile on my face! Mr. Webb’s fun loving, goofy personality will never be forgotten and will truly be missed so much! Prayers and love for all of the family and friends!
My father is Herman Earl Webb – Mickey’s older brother and we lived in Commerce, Texas – home of ETSU. Mickey stayed with us while attending ETSU and my father and the family really enjoyed having his younger brother staying with us. I remember Mickey as a very serious student and he spent a lot of time at the library studying. We sat around the dinner table and as kids he entertained us.

Mr. Webb, my teacher at Kilgore High school biology class and years later, my "boss" at Kilgore College in the Student Services Dept. Neighbor just down Florence Street from my home, remember when they put in the hot tub!!! Remember his driving the older car that, I believe, he inherited from an aunt. Joe and Mary, wonderful and fun people.

I know most of the Webb nieces and nephews will miss "Uncle Mickey". He was always laughing and teasing us and I am blessed to know that he in the arms of Jesus and is looking forward to seeing his beloved wife and family members. For, Mark, Marijo and John Mark you did a wonderful job taking care of your Dad these last few years and I know you will miss him, as Nelle and I will. We love you and pray for your peace and comfort during this time. I am so very glad I got to see June 22, that meant a lot to me. Love, Anita
