Valentin Camilo

October 28, 2002 - January 18, 2022

Valentin Camilo was born October 28, 2002 and passed away on January 18, 2022. a Funeral Mass for Valentin will be held Saturday, January 22 at 2 pm at St. Mary's Catholic Church with a rosary to begin 30 minutes prior to the service. A visitation will be held the night before at Rader Funeral Home in Longview between 6 and 8 pm. Valentin was a 2021 graduate of Spring Hill High School and a was active in theatre, soccer and band. He attended Kilgore College online. His love for theatre showed how he wanted to make people smile. He brought a lot of light and laughter to many lives and even though his dreams were cut short he bravely fought this adversity until his last days. Prayers and faith brought light and comfort in days of darkness. He was always ready to lend a helping hand. He grew up too soon. Valentin is in heaven now. He may no longer reside on this earth and is not gone but we hold him close to our hearts and memories. We will see each other again. So, until then, it’s not goodbye. It’s see you later. Valentin is survived by his mother Juana Camilo, brother Ivan Camilo and sister Keanah Camilo. His girlfriend Kaycee Cahill. His father Valentin Camilo. His grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, godparents, and friends.
