    Tracy Don McFadden

    July 26, 1966 - January 31, 2019

    Tracy Don McFadden, age 52, of Hallsville, passed away January 31, 2019 in Longview, Texas surrounded by his loving family. Tracy was born to Buddy and LaDonna McFadden on July 26, 1966 in Paris, Texas. He was a 1985 Hallsville High School graduate, a member of Mulberry Springs Baptist Church and a dual member of James F Taylor Masonic Lodge in Hallsville and Pine Tree Masonic Lodge in Longview. As a master outdoorsman, Tracy enjoyed all aspects of beautiful Caddo Lake and he could take you anywhere on the lake, day or night, with his eyes closed. Tracy was also jack of all trades from cooking to building furniture and he could do it all. He touched so many lives by his giving and loving nature and was a loving husband and father. He leaves behind his wife Brandi, the love of his life. They were fortunate to spend valuable time together making wonderful memories whether gardening, hunting, fishing, traveling or antique shopping. He is also survived by his two remarkable sons John Marshall McFadden and Morgan McFadden and took great pride in raising them. Tracy is survived by his wife Brandi McFadden, his mother, LaDonna McFadden Blair and step father Alton Blair, son John Marshall McFadden and future daughter in law Kristy Whitehurst, son, Morgan McFadden and future daughter in law Jolee Null, step son Adam McKey, sister Melanie and husband John Robinson, nephew Johnathan Robinson and niece Courtney Robinson, sister Jennifer and husband Mark Owens, nephew Kaleb Owens and including family of Brandi; Johnny and Helen Masey, Shane and Amy Masey and their son, Aaron and Lacey Smith and their daughters and a multitude of lifelong friends. Tracy is preceded in death by his father Buddy McFadden, grandparents Edgar Don and Ruth Helen Buchanan, Walter Milton and Willie Mae McFadden, uncles Gary Lynn Buchanan and James Michael Buchanan, and infant nephew William Lane Robinson . Visitation will be at Rader Funeral Home in Longview on February 3, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm. His funeral service will be held at Mulberry Springs Baptist Church in Hallsville on February 4, 2019 at 2pm. Burial to follow funeral service at Hallsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Pine Tree Masonic Lodge #1396 at 2709 Pine Tree Road Longview, Texas 75604, the James F. Taylor Masonic Lodge #169 AF & AM at PO Box 169 Hallsville, Texas 75650, or the Caddo Lake Institute at https://caddolakeinstitute.org/make-a-donation/ .
