Margaret Ann Chappell

November 20, 1969 - September 2, 2021

Beloved mother, cherished grandmother, devoted teacher, sister, daughter and friend of many, Margaret Ann Chappell, age 51, passed surrounded by her family on September 2, 2021. Margaret was born on November 20, 1969 in Carthage, Texas to Marjorie (Permenter) Chappell and Glenn Chappell. Margaret is preceded in death by her mother Marjorie (Permenter) Chappell. She is survived by her father, Glenn Chappell; her sister, Carla Chappell and her spouse, Angie Chappell, her daughter Alexandria Ogden and her spouse, Justin, and her son Samuel Fielder; her granddaughter, Lilly Ann Ogden; and numerous other family members, and friends who knew and loved her. Margaret loved to spend time with family, was a wonderful teacher, mother and grandmother. In her younger years, Margaret had worked at a veterinary clinic where she cared for many animals and taught that love to her children and grandchild. She was an avid Girl Scout leader and her true passion in life was her family. A time of visitation will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 4pm-6pm at Rader Funeral Home located in Longview, TX. Private graveside service will be held at Old Home Cemetery in Shelby County where she will be laid to rest close to her mother and other family members.
